Welcome to Penny4U. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your participation in all services offered by Penny4U.

1. Platform Overview

Penny4U is a task-based reward system that allows users to earn virtual currency known as "Pennies" by completing designated tasks. These Pennies can later be converted into PKR (Pakistani Rupees) upon withdrawal. Users participate by purchasing packages and completing daily tasks assigned by the system.

2. Legal Disclaimer

  • Penny4U is not a bank, investment company, or interest-based financial platform.
  • No passive income or guaranteed returns are provided.
  • All earnings are strictly tied to successful completion of tasks, which vary daily.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Each individual is allowed only one account.
  • Penny4U reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or engage in fraudulent behavior.

4. Packages and Earnings

  • Users may purchase packages ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 Pennies.
  • Each package has a validity period of 20 days.
  • User balances start from zero. Earnings are accrued daily through completion of assigned tasks.
  • Daily earnings are calculated using the formula:
    (Package Amount + 50% Bonus) ÷ 20
    This amount is credited only upon successful completion of that day’s tasks.
  • Tasks may include but are not limited to: watching promotional videos, visiting partner websites, completing surveys, installing mobile applications, submitting email/ZIP codes, and other third-party offers.
  • The number and nature of daily tasks are dynamic and may range from 1 to 10 per day, based on availability.
  • Uncompleted tasks do not roll over to the next day and are forfeited.

5. Withdrawals

  • Users may request a withdrawal only when their balance reaches a minimum of 1,000 Pennies (equivalent to 1,000 PKR).
  • A withdrawal processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Withdrawals are subject to review and may take time to process depending on verification and system availability.

6. Referral Program

  • Penny4U offers a referral commission of 5% on the initial package purchased by a newly referred user.
  • This commission is credited to the referrer in Pennies after successful registration and package activation by the referred user.
  • Any misuse of the referral system, including the creation of fake accounts, will result in termination of both accounts involved.

7. Use of Virtual Currency

  • All activities within Penny4U are denominated in a virtual currency known as "Pennies."
  • Pennies have no monetary value outside the platform and can only be converted into PKR through the official withdrawal process.
  • Users are prohibited from selling, transferring, or exchanging Pennies outside the Penny4U system.

8. System Losses and Refund Policy

  • In the unlikely event that Penny4U is no longer able to operate due to system losses or external circumstances, users will be eligible for a refund based on their most recent deposit.
  • A standard deduction of 20% will apply to cover administrative and system-related losses.
  • Refunds will be processed in PKR and may require a reasonable amount of time depending on the number of affected users.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • Penny4U reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. User Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Users are expected to engage with the platform in a respectful, lawful, and ethical manner.
  • Any attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, misuse referral links, or commit fraud will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By using the Penny4U platform, you agree that all decisions made by Penny4U management regarding earnings, withdrawals, bonuses, penalties, account suspension, or termination are final and binding. These decisions shall not be subject to appeal, arbitration, or challenge in any court of law, tribunal, or legal forum. Your continued use of the platform signifies your consent to waive any such legal rights to dispute platform decisions.

12. Final Statement

By registering on Penny4U, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Penny4U.
